REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At MAD SOAPS, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON USED PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of our detailing chemicals and application products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any product that has been opened, used, or applied. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our products and the safety of all customers.

ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE

We will accept returns and issue a full refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is not damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
  • Proof of purchase is provided

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at detailing@madsoaps.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right at no cost to you.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email detailing@madsoaps.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, only the product cost will be refunded.

GIFT CARDS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All gift card and digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
