SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with MAD SOAPS. We are committed to getting your professional-grade detailing products to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. WHERE WE SHIP

MAD SOAPS currently ships to all 50 United States. We do not currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. International shipping availability will be announced on madsoaps.com as it becomes available.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.


3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order at checkout.

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. No surprises.


4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Shipping 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. MAD SOAPS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our control. During peak seasons and holidays please allow additional transit time.


5. CARRIER

MAD SOAPS ships via USPS and reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier and service level for your order based on weight, destination, and delivery timeline. Carrier selection does not affect the shipping rate charged at checkout.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly at usps.com or through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation is received.


7. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. MAD SOAPS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address please contact us immediately at detailing@madsoaps.com. We will do our best to correct the address before the order ships but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.


8. CHEMICAL PRODUCT SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some MAD SOAPS products are professional-grade chemical formulations and may be subject to carrier shipping restrictions. Certain products may only be eligible for ground shipping and cannot be shipped via air service. Any applicable shipping restrictions will be noted on the individual product listing. By purchasing chemical products from MAD SOAPS you agree to comply with all applicable regulations regarding the receipt and handling of these materials.


9. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged please do the following:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt
  • Contact us at detailing@madsoaps.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos in your email

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible including replacement or refund where applicable.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please:

  • Check with neighbors and all entry points of your property
  • Contact your local USPS facility with your tracking number
  • Wait 24-48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered before arrival
  • If still unresolved contact us at detailing@madsoaps.com and we will assist you in filing a claim

MAD SOAPS is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location at checkout.


10. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment. If you choose not to have the order re-shipped a refund will be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


11. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

If you order multiple products they will ship together in one package where possible. In rare cases where items need to ship separately you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments caused by our fulfillment process.


12. LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available at our Edgewater, Maryland location by appointment only. Select "Pickup in store" at checkout and we will contact you to schedule your pickup time.
