Engineered for Detailers. Professional Application.

Boost Pro is a High-Build SiO₂ Ceramic Spray engineered to deliver extreme UV protection and maximum water beading on cured paint, gelcoat, and metal trim.

This isn't a spray wax. It's a true ceramic coating in a spray bottle - laying down a high-build silicon dioxide layer that bonds to the surface and locks in gloss, hydrophobicity, and protection that lasts months, not weeks.

Professional application required. Boost Pro rewards technique.

Key Features:

- High-build ceramic formula for superior gloss and water repellency

- Stronger, longer-lasting protection than standard marine spray waxes

- UV protection against oxidation and sun damage

- Engineered for professional detailers seeking premium results

- Full cure reached in 24 hours

- Made by detailers

- Made in the USA

How to Use: Wash and dry the surface completely. Spray directly onto the surface or a clean microfiber applicator pad. Apply evenly one section at a time. Buff away residue with a clean, dry microfiber towel until the surface feels slick and the finish is even. Keep surface dry for at least 4 hours.

How to Use

  1. Wash and dry the surface thoroughly. Boost Pro bonds only to fully clean, contaminant-free surfaces. For best results, run a panel wipe (Prep Potion) before application.
  2. Work in shade, on a cool surface. Surface temperature should be between 50°F and 90°F. Never apply in direct sun.
  3. Spray 2–3 pumps directly onto a clean, dry microfiber applicator towel. Never spray directly on the surface.
  4. Apply to one panel at a time in overlapping passes until the panel is evenly coated.
  5. Immediately buff to a uniform finish with a second clean, dry microfiber towel. Boost Pro flashes quickly — don't let it sit.
  6. Inspect for high spots. A properly applied panel should have an even, glossy finish with no streaks or hazy areas.
  7. Cure time: Keep surface dry for at least 1 hour before water contact. Full cure is reached in 24 hours.

Ready-to-use formula. No dilution required.

⚠️ Critical Application Note

Spraying Boost Pro directly on the surface will leave high spots and uneven build. The high-build SiO₂ formula requires towel application for the even, high-gloss finish this product is designed to deliver.

If you've used spray waxes before — this is not that. Treat Boost Pro like a proper ceramic coating: panel-by-panel, towel-applied, buffed to uniform.

Safe to Use On

  • Cured automotive clearcoat (single-stage, basecoat/clear)
  • Cured marine gelcoat
  • Glass (windshields, side windows, mirrors)
  • Chrome and chrome-plated surfaces
  • Stainless steel
  • Aluminum — raw, polished, and anodized
  • Powder-coated surfaces (fully cured)
  • Cured ceramic coatings (Boost Pro works as a topper to extend coating life)
  • Rigid hard plastics
  • Carbon fiber with cured clearcoat
  • Painted wheels (cured)
  • Headlight lenses (test first)
  • Cured paint protection film (PPF)
  • Boat trailer paint and metal hardware

Do NOT Use On

  • Matte and satin finishes — Boost Pro will add gloss and ruin the matte effect
  • Non-skid deck surfaces — creates slip hazard
  • Fresh paint less than 30 days cured
  • Leather upholstery — no bond, no purpose
  • Fabric and carpet — won't bond
  • Hot surfaces or engine bays — heat compromises proper cure
  • Painted plastic with soft-touch coatings
  • Brake calipers and other heat-cycling components
  • Tinted window film (interior side — can affect tint adhesive)
  • Vinyl wraps without testing — some wrap finishes don't bond well
  • Glass that already has aftermarket hydrophobic coating — layers won't bond cleanly

When in doubt — test in an inconspicuous area first.

Pro Tips from the Field

  • Two-towel method is non-negotiable. One towel applies. The second towel buffs. Trying to do both with one towel will leave streaks every time.
  • Less is more. 2–3 pumps per panel is plenty. Boost Pro is high-build — overdosing creates high spots.
  • Buff immediately. SiO₂ flashes within seconds. The longer you wait, the harder it is to level out.
  • Work in small panels. Half a hood, one fender, one door at a time. Never try to coat the entire car before buffing.
  • Mist test at 24 hours. Lightly mist water on the cured panel — it should bead instantly and tightly. If it doesn't, the surface wasn't clean enough or the cure was incomplete.
  • Layer for maximum gloss. Apply Boost Pro, allow 24-hour cure, then apply a second coat. You'll see depth and beading improve dramatically.
  • This IS the protection. Don't apply wax or sealant on top of Boost Pro — it'll bond to the wax instead of the surface and you'll lose the ceramic layer when the wax fails.
  • Surface prep wins or loses. Polishing oils, silicone residue, fingerprints, or wax will prevent bond. If you skipped Prep Potion before applying, expect uneven results.
  • Storage matters. Keep the cap tightly sealed. Don't let product dry on the spray tip — wipe clean after each use.
  • Cool, dry, shaded — every time. Boost Pro will not bond properly on a hot panel or in humidity above 70%.

Safety

Boost Pro contains 2-Butoxyethanol at less than 2%. The manufacturer's SDS classifies this product as not requiring GHS hazard labeling.

Safety Data Sheet (SDS)

Pair With

  • Prep Potion — for surface decontamination before applying Boost Pro
  • Nano Wash — pH-neutral wash that won't strip the SiO₂ layer
  • Boost Coat — for in-between maintenance washes between Boost Pro applications

Do not apply wax, sealant, or carnauba spray on top of Boost Pro. The ceramic layer IS the protection.

Best paired with Sandman's Drying Towels.
